Scratches in Honed Marble - how to fix?

I have a honed marble tile shower floor and I've scratched a few tiles (deep enough to feel with my fingernail). I think it is Carerra marble.

What are my options? Can I sand it, or is it better to replace the bad tiles with new ones (they come in sheets of 12"x12" mesh backed 2"x2" tiles, so I could take out the 2x2s one at a time. I've read though that this is a pain and puts you in danger of damaging surrounding tile. I've heard however that sanding down honed tile will mess it up. I don't know what to do.

The tile is laying in the dried bed of thinset but there is not grout in there yet. Has not been sealed either.

Thanks very much for you help...
