I've gotten exactly nowhere with the logo, likewise the patent number (which seems very low, possibly truncated?). An image search turned up a number of pieces with a similar but not identical style, mostly sofas or perhaps loveseats. I still think a convertible chair-bed is likely to be correct. I'm less sure about my guess of 1940s; anywhere from 1920s–1950s seems possible to me. And do bear in mind that I am not in any way an expert!

There have been a number of companies named Quickway or Quick Way over the years, but none of them appear to be relevant to your furniture, or to convertible beds of any kind. I wonder whether your piece is from a country other than the USA.
