Hello! I have been living with my Nero Mist Honed Granite (from MSI) for about 6 months and cannot figure out how to care for them. They are not sealed - according to my fabricator, they don't usually apply a seal to this type of honed material. My issue is the random oil stains that I can't get to budge and fading in places where things sit long-term (my utensil crock, coffee maker, etc.) So far, I've been cleaning them with Method Granite Cleaner and warm water + dawn but neither have done anything for the markings. I've been reluctant to try anything else because I don't want to make it worse.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Otherwise, is the best option to get them refinished and sealed? my entire reason for not getting them sealed initially is that my fabricator advised against it for this material but I'm worried I made a mistake. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
