craftmans 1/2 hp garage door

| The keypad on the outside of my door stop opening the door, i can close the door using it but i can't open it!! the door opens and closes fine with the remotes and also using the button on the inside of the garage, help please!!! |

| It sounds like the keypad has lost signal strength. It is strong enough to work when the door is open but can't penetrate the door when it is closed. If you have tried replacing the battery then it is time for a new keypad. Make sure you get the same model keypad. There are some out there that will not work correctly. |
