plato cabinets

| I have had Palto cabinets for the past 8 years. They have insert doors, are painted and glazed. They look beautiful but do not withstand wear and tear. The paint is falling off around all the knobs. Plato sent an inspector but they siad it is due to wear and tear. And i thought "they were guaranteed for life.' Anyway, they had the retailer come to my home. he agreed to send them out and get them repaired. Yet it is lamost tow year since they visited my home and i am yet to get a call. I have called the retailer but he does not return my calls. i am fed up. what is troubling here is that the manufacturer never even called to follow up. I take care of my cabinets and clean them as intructed. |

| I have a friend who loved his Plato cabinets. But I can see why your frustrated. He only had his for about 3 years (then he sold the house). |
