partial interest means?

| I was checking out a home address on shopblocker and it list one of the owners as partial interest. What does this mean?

It means that the property has more than one owner.IE brother and sister, four cousins, three business associates..Each owns a percentage of the property . Instead of dealing with one buyer you have multiple people to satisfy in setting up condition agreeable to the parties when buying/selling the property.
In short whatever you decide to do with the property is going to take more time and usually more money because you have more people to deal with. |
