Problem with my Toshiba TV model 28YT56B

Suddenly went off. Now it's just beeping at me at regular 1 second intervals ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Works ok but picture is on the reddish side. Can I take the back off and set the colors...and what am I looking for in the back of the TV?
