We have a southwest facing kitchen with pretty low lighting. We have White Dove trim everywhere in the house and our cabinets are currently Chantilly Lace, which is way too cool, though it admittedly works with the beveled subway tile backsplash. For a few reasons, we are in the position of having to repaint our cabinets and I want to do something brighter than White Dove, but not as glaring as Chantilly. My concern is that Simply White could look too yellow in low lighting. Has anyone ever done Simply at 50 or 75 strength--or White Dove at 50 for that matter? I'm curious if adding white will change the undertone of those whites or just brighten things up?
