limestone floor looks dirty

I recently had limestone floors installed. We cleaned them well, then sealed them, then grouted. For some reason the first half of the bathroom tiles look so dirty. I have tried using a ph neutral cleaner for natural stone and nothing works. I have no idea what happened as the others are fine. How can I get them clean? Thank you!!!
