Last week I became the proud owner, NOT, of three bags of flour. All expired between 2015--2018. Online the advice is to sniff and check for bugs, the quality isn't there, use at my own risk. Two Family and Consumer Scientist teachers told me not to use except for crafts. That's a lot of play dough! Two local give away sites have attracted no interest from anyone.
