Show your whole space - not just a wall?

The entire kitchen, and adjacent area.

Opinion? If you have to "head scratch" as what goes on the shelves? Maybe that space is better as nice piece of art.: ) as opposed to some doo dads?

The tall vase would probably work better on the table--it's a bit too tall for the space between the shelves.

You might try to look at images of other kitchens with shelves. Here is a dining room and kitchen we designed, both with shelves.
