23andme I found to be 3/4. in 2018 - more likely to get alzheimer's than someone without the 4. I changed things drastically for two years then the flu bug hit and I sort of relaxed.
Back into some of the suggestions for brain health, supplements, activities, fasting.
It is NOT my fate due to genetics or advancing age. Found this site: ApoE4.Info Somewhat confusing at times - but so much information.
