Drying herbs in a convection or combi-steam oven?

I have a Miele combi-steam and Miele convection. In theory, they both can be used to dry/dehydrate herbs and garlic. But I'm having trouble finding specific information as to times and temperatures for various herbs and garlic. Has anyone used their ovens to do this and do you have any guidance you can share? Thanks so much.

did you ever find an answer to this question? I have a Miele steam oven and an abundance of herbs in the garden I'd love to dehydrate!
