AFG compatibility with myfitnesspal.com

I have an AFG elliptical machine that is supposed to share work-out data with myfitnesspal.com, but that never works for me. I have a Samsung tablet that I use with my AFG machine, and it keeps track of my workouts but will not share the info with myfitnesspal. I even downloaded the myfitnesspal app to the tablet and still nothing.
Why would AFG say that I can share the data with myfitnesspal if this is not true? Is it because I do not use Apple products? Maybe there is another fitness app that would work better.

It doesn't specify Apple over android on the site. Is your tablet and app fully updated? Have you contacted AFG or the app maker for help? I would start there if it's supposed to work. Mary
