I got caught up in the website, I think it took almost a hour
to hear it all. It sounds very good but I also saw some bad customer
service reviews from spark people. Its only $47 and sounds like it might
work. Do you know anything about it?

Me again- The routine is going to be a bit different for each person- we generally try to avoid saying "one plan fits all". Age, gender, general health, food allergies and more factors play a hand in determining your program. Also important- we have registered dietitians that will help you settle in and answer questions but check with your family doctor first.
