recipe: plz help with cooking for picky skin cancer patient

I am new to this forum & just happened to see this subject. My mom is caring for her brother who has skin cancer on his left jaw & no teeth. He is SUPER picky and it's not just about what he wants to eat but what he is able to eat.

I literally made a half page list of the foods/spices/sauces he likes. Mom is frustrated & panics every day for lunch. Is there any place online I could type in this list of foods & get a list of recipes perhaps?

Trying to help mom as much as I can but she hates cooking new things, afraid of messing up and really just wants to feed my uncle a good hearty meal that he'll actually eat :-D I am not afraid of experimenting!
